Designed to fit the Cummins QSM11 Marine Turbocharger.

The PTP SR-F™ PRO Turbo Blanket is constructed with a thicker, heavy-duty silicone-impregnated fiberglass outer layer, reinforced with a stainless steel mesh exoskeleton to enhance strength, durability, and protection against abrasion and impact.

For the QSM11 application, this blanket also features stainless steel reinforced side panels designed to better withstand the extreme heat and wear commonly found near the turbo flange and clamp areas. These stainless side sections provide added strength and durability in high-contact, high-heat zones where traditional fabric materials can be more prone to breakdown over time.

Specifically engineered for marine, industrial, off-road, desert, and other demanding applications, the SR-F™ PRO is built to endure harsh operating conditions, including exposure to water, dirt, most chemicals, vibration, and other environmental elements.

The patent-pending external mesh exoskeleton design enhances the protection of the turbo blanket by promoting even heat dissipation across its surface and preventing localized degradation in areas exposed to concentrated heat, commonly referred to as hot spots.

The internal insulation consists of high-temperature super wool (rated for 1832°F continuous heat and 2300°F peak heat) overlaid with a stainless steel mesh to provide increased durability and improved thermal resistance.
