Returns / Exchange
Inquiries for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information.
Products must be in like new condition to be returned or exchanged.
Returned products may incur a 10% restocking fee.
Please do not send products back without email confirmation & authorization first. Please e-mail email@example.com with your return or exchange request.
Our turbo blankets are covered under a 1 (one) year warranty for any product defects or issues.
All other products are covered under a 90 (ninety) day warranty for any product defects or issues.
Products that are not properly installed or abused beyond their specifications listed will void all warranties.
To expedite your warranty process, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with product pictures and your order invoice.
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of the order date. We strive to ship orders the same day if ordered early enough in the business day.
The delivery time of your package primarily depends on the shipping carrier and the service level selected. When selecting the shipping method for your package, please keep in mind that most carriers do not work on weekends or major holidays. When carriers quote shipping days, they are referring to business days.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. There are unforseen circumstances that could delay a shipment.
International Customers: Shipping charges do not include any duties, customs charges, or brokerage fees that may accompany your shipment; all importation fees assessed by the shipping carrier, local or national governments are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be paid or reimbursed by PTP Turbo Blankets. If a package is refused rather than pay any importation fees, PTP Turbo Blankets reserves the right to deduct the cost of the return shipment, including customs clearance charges, from your product refund or abandon the package with no refund when the cost of return shipping is more than the original order.
International Customers: Shipping carriers may present you with a certain shipping service during checkout, but that service may not be available during our processing of your shipment. In these situations, we will check the next closest shipping service available that matches the estimated delivery time. Minimal shipping charge differences of no more than 10% of the original shipping charge paid will not be reimbursed. If there is a major change in the shipping service, estimated delivery time, or cost, we will contact you to discuss the best options available.
Damaged / Lost Shipment: If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify one of our customer service representatives immediately. Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. PTP Turbo Blankets is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.
