Returns / Exchange
Inquiries for returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date.
Products must be in new condition to be returned or exchanged. Do not attempt to install the turbo blanket if it doesn't look like it will work on your turbocharger!
Products that are sent back to us that have been attempted to be installed and/or damaged will result in denial of your return.
Returned products may incur a 10% restocking fee. Freight charges are not refundable.
Please do not send products back without email confirmation & authorization first. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your return or exchange request.
Our turbo blankets are covered under a 1 (one) year warranty for any manufacturing defects or issues.
All other products are covered under a 90 (ninety) day warranty for any manufacturing defects or issues.
Products that are not properly installed, exposed to an exhaust leak, saturated by chemicals such as oil/coolant/fuel/etc from a leak, or abused beyond their listed specifications will void all warranties.
To expedite your warranty process, please e-mail us at email@example.com with product pictures and your order invoice.
Orders are shipped within 1 business day of the order date. If there is an issue with your order, we will email you with further information.
Orders are shipped with tracking information via USPS, UPS, or DHL. We are NOT responsible for packages that are held due to a forwarding or shipping address issue nor for packages that show delivered. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided the complete and correct shipping address. If your package is marked as delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly with the tracking information for further assistance. Some carriers will require a theft report to be filed.
The delivery time of your package primarily depends on the shipping carrier and the service level selected. When selecting the shipping method for your package, please keep in mind that most carriers do not work on weekends or major holidays. When carriers quote shipping days, they are referring to business days.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. There are unforeseen circumstances that could delay a shipment.
If you require 1 business day delivery, please choose UPS Next Day as your shipping method. USPS Express is NOT a guaranteed 1 business day delivery method and can take up to 2 business days.
International Customers: Shipping charges do not include any duties, customs charges, or brokerage fees that may accompany your shipment; all importation fees assessed by the shipping carrier, local or national governments are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be paid or reimbursed by PTP Turbo Blankets. If a package is refused rather than pay any importation fees, PTP Turbo Blankets reserves the right to deduct the cost of the return shipment, including customs clearance charges, from your product refund or abandon the package with no refund when the cost of return shipping is more than the original order.
International Customers: Shipping carriers may present you with a certain shipping service during checkout, but that service may not be available during our processing of your shipment. In these situations, we will check the next closest shipping service available that matches the estimated delivery time. Minimal shipping charge differences of no more than 10% of the original shipping charge paid will not be reimbursed. If there is a major change in the shipping service, estimated delivery time, or cost, we will contact you to discuss the best options available.
International Customers: If your country is NOT listed HERE, we highly recommend that you DO NOT choose USPS First-Class International Service as your shipping method. PTP will NOT be responsible for lost/undelivered packages using this shipping method for countries not listed HERE. Orders whose countries are not listed HERE and choose USPS First-Class International Service will NOT have full tracking information once the package leaves the US borders, delivery time can take a very long time, and packages may end up lost as it's not fully tracked.
Damaged / Lost Shipment: If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify one of our customer service representatives immediately. Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. PTP Turbo Blankets is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.
